It has taken me a long time to find the best personal trainer in Singapore and that is simply because finding a personal trainer to begin your journey with is not an easy task overall. There are many characteristics/traits that make Farreez the best trainer and I am highlighting the 5 most important ones here:
i) His passion for fitness and him being fit. Farreez walks the talk. Being fit is a function of discipline, determination, passion and dedication and these are qualities that Farreez possesses fully.
ii) His understanding of my needs and his ability to be ahead of the curve/anticipating the change that my body is going through and accordingly adjust the exercises.
iii) His knowledge of the science (it is a science) and more importantly his willingness to learn and educate himself on a constant basis. If for whatever reason he cannot give me an answer, he will tell me, ‘I will get back to you’ and he does.
iv) His empathy and compassion. Empathy in connection to struggle and there is struggle involved. Compassion is also important; Farreez can always relate to struggle because he has been through hard times in life and this has helped me tremendously.
v) His overall way of communicating things to me. While empathetic and compassionate, he is firm and constantly reminds me of my goal and dreams.

3 years ago, I was looking for a personal trainer, I was not inclined to join one of those big commercial gym, I wanted a more focus, target approach to achieve my fitness goal.
I met Farreez in a boutique gym and impressed by his energy and commitment in driving his Clients to reach their fitness targets.
I have been training twice a week, Farreez put me through different regime and have enjoyed the variety & challenge Farreez is focused during our training sessions and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and importantly he advocates warm-ups, stretching and correct technique to avoid injuries.
I have enjoyed my workout so much that I have influenced my son to start training with Farreez and my son’s fitness has started to show improvements after 2 months.
